Hi! I am currently accepting clients who are 18+ for individual evening/weekend sessions, and I can occasionally accommodate time during lunch breaks. I offer affordable telehealth services of $80/hour or $40/half an hour because I truly believe mental health services should be accessible and affordable for everyone. I truly love working with others and watching their growth when people feel supported and validated. I have almost 10 years’ experience providing individual and group therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families within several settings, including: an eating disorder treatment center, a substance abuse program in a prison setting, a school district, and two outpatient mental health practices.
I use an integrative approach with emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Client-Centered Therapy. I will also soon be trained in Exposure and Response Prevention therapy to better help individuals with obsessive-compulsive disorder and have received basic training in EMDR with the goal of working towards certification. With the Theranest portal, we can have either a video session or speak by telephone so that you are as comfortable as possible. I look forward to hearing from you. You can call me at (850) 320-7878.

In a time where our world is constantly changing, it can feel hard to keep up and maintain control. I am a firm believer that our mental health has a large impact on how we feel about ourselves and the world around us. Finding someone you trust to discuss how you feel is the first step in regaining control of not only your health, but your happiness, too. I have a background in working with university students whose life circumstances have taken over their ability to thrive in school. I feel passionately about being their advocate; you are a person before you are a student. With this, I also have experience working with a wide range of mood and personality diagnoses at an inpatient setting. It can be scary to feel like you’re facing hardships by yourself. Whether it’s a life transition, peer/relationship struggles, depression, worsening anxiety, or suicidal thoughts, you don’t deserve to face it alone. Sometimes life gets heavy, but that just means you’re getting stronger. I’d love to help you carry the weight. I am a licensed clinical social worker in Florida. I offer telehealth therapy sessions, with evening and weekend appointments. My rate is $60 per session. To make an appointment with me, you can email: info@centerforsupport.com

I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. I try to offer affordable mental health counseling, because I believe that therapy should be accessible to all who need it. I also offer art therapy, play therapy, and life coaching. I want to help you to feel better–and help you to achieve the goals that matter to you. If you want, you can try a phone or online session (so you can do therapy from the comfort of home). I really look forward to working with you. At times, therapy takes effort, but it’s rewarding to see the results! For over a decade, I’ve provided therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families within a number of settings, including: my private practice, two outpatient mental health centers, two hospitals, two nursing homes, several schools, a substance abuse treatment program, an eating disorder treatment center, and a community college.
I usually start with a client-centered approach, to help people process their feelings, clarify their needs, and identify their strengths. Then I incorporate solution-focused therapy and CBT to help them solve problems and achieve goals. For more information, you can send me an email through the Contact page. You can also visit my blog at rachelmock.com **Right now, unfortunately, I have limited availability for taking new clients, but feel free to check back in in the near future.
